CK amassed over 25 years of experience as a corporate legal counsel in various listed companies in Hong Kong. He is also a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional in Hong Kong.

During his last 15-year tenure at Agile Group Holdings Limited, a main board-listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, CK held the various senior positions in the Group including head of the Company Secretarial Department and named Company Secretary of the Group. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing legal, company secretarial, and compliance matters for the Group. CK played a pivotal role in a variety of corporate financing transactions at Agile Group, including bank loans, debt financing, and equity financing deals. Additionally, as an in-house counsel, he was actively involved in all of Agile Group’s Malaysia property projects in Mont Kiara and Bukit Bintang. 

CK primarily focuses on general legal practice, with a particular emphasis on corporate matters.
